Lights in the Sky is a DDH West Coast Pale with a grain bill of Extra Pale, Dextrin, Vienna and Caramalt. We whirl pooled with Chinook and BRU-1 and loaded up the dry hop with more Chinook and BRU-1 along with a good dose of Citra. As a result we have a delicious citrus and piney pale with added juicy pineapple notes.
