“Over the Winds is a New England Pale Ale which blends together hops from the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. A base of Extra Pale, Oats, and Caramel Aromatic malts provide a soft mouthfeel for a moreish pale ale. Citrus and ripe pineapple from BRU-1 and experimental hop HBC 520 are blended with big hitting Galaxy hops from Australia for a burst of tropical and citrus fruits.”
