“Drifting Sands is the start of another trio with an experimental yeast. This yeast is Hop Unlock, a Thiol yeast which unlocks extra flavour potential from our wonderful hops. Drifting Sands starts off with Chinook in the mash and followed with Simcoe, El Dorado and Ekuanot for the dry hop. Tropical notes of pineapple and mango come through a melody of citrus and stone fruits creating a delicious beer.”
