“Musar Jeune: a range of youthful, unoaked wines from the Bekaa Valley vineyards of Lebanon’s iconic Cheateau Musar. Made according to the Hochar family’s philosophy of non-interventionist winemaking, this deep-coloured Red, a blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, is rich, soft and appealing. Intense flavours of cherries, blackcurrants, blueberries and violets, finish on warm, spicy, savoury notes. Delicious with grills, roasts and casseroles. Serve at room temperature.”
